REPORTING PROCEDURES:
Report with a service jacket, valid ID card, Training Orders,
and a complete sea bag . For individuals traveling as a group,
the service jackets should be in one envelope with an
accurate training roster attached. Reporting Uniform is
Utilities. Check in time: 1400-1600
ALL PERSONNEL TRAVELING BY COMMERCIAL ARRIVE
CARRIER ARE TO REPORT IN CIVILIAN CLOTHES. THEY MUST
ARRIVE no later than 1400. They should fly into Palomar
AIrport and will be transported to Check In Location.
DRIVING ONTO BASE:
In order to enter the Base, the vehicle driver will need a valid
driver’s license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
You will need to check in at the gate. Only those that are
DoD or have provided travel information prior to 1 JULY will
be allowed access to base. Others will have to call and be
picked up at gate.
