REPORTING PROCEDURES:
You will need to report in with a service jacket, valid ID card, and Training
Orders in one envelope. In addition a full sea bag should accompany you.
For individuals traveling as a group, the service jackets should be in one
envelope with an accurate training roster attached. Reporting Uniform is
utilities, ALL PERSONNEL TRAVELING BY COMMERCIAL ARRIVE CARRIER ARE
TO REPORT IN CIVILIAN CLOTHES and must report a day earlier no later than
2000. They should fly into Burbank Airport, collected by adult staff and will be
transported to Check In Location.
DRIVING ONTO BASE:
In order to enter the Base, the vehicle driver will need a valid driver’s license,
vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. You will need to check in at the
gate. Only those that are DoD or have provided travel information prior to
19 JUNE will be allowed access to base. Others will have to call and be picked
up at gate. Go to travel page to submit base access information!!!!
