Uniform:           All Hands report in PT Gear
                          *  US Navy White PT Shirt or Unit T-Shirt (No plain white T-shirts)
                          *  Black/Navy Solid shorts
                          *  US Navy Sweats or Black/Navy Sweats

Fees:                $15.00 per cadet
                    5.00 per person for lunch (Must be pre-paid by 20 March 2008)
                                                                                     
REGISTRATION:  
  1. Locally Arranged Orders (NSCTNG 003 for Cadets NSCTNG 004 for Officers/Instructors) with all required signatures
  2. $15.00 per cadet must be included with each set of orders (Unit check or money order accepted)
  3. $5.00 per Officer/Instructor must be included with each set of orders if requiring lunch at site
  4. For parents, guests or siblings there is a $5.00 charge for lunch that must be prepaid no later than March 20 to
    ensure enough for all attendees.
  5. All lunch and participation tickets will be distributed at check in.
